Policy Statement

This is the policy of Austin Peay State University so it will not tolerate discrimination or harassment based on competition, color, faith, ethnic or nationwide beginning, impairment, age (as relevant), status as being a protected veteran, hereditary information, and/or some other lawfully protected course. Such harassment and discrimination are strictly forbidden by Austin Peay State University (APSU or University).

Discrimination

Discrimination may possibly occur by:

Any previous worker or pupil whom thinks that she or he happens to be afflicted by discrimination or harassment based on competition, color, faith, creed, cultural or nationwide origin, impairment, age as relevant, status as being a protected veteran, hereditary information, and just about every other category protected by federal or state civil legal rights legislation regarding Austin Peay State University (APSU) in the event that conduct were held at that time of work or enrollment at APSU;
  3.
